The People & Culture Department of Dr. Akbar Niazi Teaching Hospital and Islamabad Medical & Dental College organized a training session titled “Level 3-Leadership: The Care & Growth Model.” The training aimed at enhancing the leadership skills of managers and professionals at ANTH/IMDC by focusing on principles that promote both professional and personal development.
The interactive sessions and practical examples shared during the training were particularly beneficial in understanding the application of the Care & Growth Model in a hospital and academic setting.
