The People & Culture Department of Dr. Akbar Niazi Teaching Hospital and Islamabad Medical & Dental College organized a training session titled “Level 3-Leadership: The Care & Growth Model.” The training aimed at enhancing the leadership skills of managers and professionals at ANTH/IMDC by focusing on principles that promote both professional and personal development.
