Yasir Khan Niazi, Group CEO of GAK HealthCare International, visited Nusa Cendana University in
Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province, Indonesia, where he was warmly welcomed by Rector Prof.
Dr. drh. Maxs U.E. Sanam and members of the university faculty.
Renowned for his visionary leadership in healthcare advancement, medical education, and cross-
regional research collaborations, Yasir Khan Niazi’s visit further strengthened his ongoing engagements
in Indonesia.
Building upon his recent meetings with the Governor of NTT in Kupang, the Vice Minister of Investment
and Downstream Industry/Vice Head of BKPM Indonesia, and the Regent of West Manggarai in Labuan
Bajo, the discussions at Nusa Cendana University focused on establishing practical collaborations in:
- Faculty and student exchange programs.
- Joint medical research initiatives.
- Initial online faculty interactions leading to in-person academic engagements.
Yasir Niazi also extended an invitation to the Rector to attend the International Medical Conference to
be hosted by Islamabad Medical & Dental College (IMDC), a constituent institution of GAK HealthCare
International, in April 2026.
This visit marked another milestone in transforming a shared vision into impactful academic
partnerships, further strengthening Pakistan–Indonesia relations and advancing global excellence in
healthcare, research, and education.
