ABOUT THE DOCTOR
Dr. Zainab Liaqat (Rph), a highly motivated and dedicated professional in the field of Pharmacy, holding a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Shifa Tameer-e-Milat University, earned in the years 2016-2020. During the period of September 2021 to June 2023, she played a crucial role in the fight against the global COVID-19 pandemic. She served as a Clinical Research Representative at Shifa International Hospital, where she was involved in pivotal Phase 3 trials for both the CanSino COVID-19 vaccine and the Livzon COVID-19 vaccine.
This experience allowed her to contribute significantly to the development and understanding of these vaccines, playing a part in the global effort to combat the pandemic. She is currently serving as a Research Pharmacist at Dr. Akbar Niazi Teaching Hospital since October 2020. In this role, she is actively engaged in contributing to innovative research initiatives that advance pharmaceutical knowledge and enhance patient care.
