ABOUT THE DOCTOR

A Consultant Hematologist/Assistant Professor of Pathology, graduate of Rawalpindi Medical College (RMC).Performing bone marrow transplant mainly of Thalassemia major patients for more than 7 years now in Pediatric Hematology Oncology and BMT unit & hematology clinic of Akbar Niazi teaching hospital(ANTH)-the affiliated teaching hospital of IMDC. Directly involved in Laboratory and blood bank services besides teaching medical and allied health sciences undergraduates in Islamabad Medical and Dental College (IMDC).

• Certificate in health professional Education (CHPE)–from Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto university(SZABU)

• 6 months Fellowship in Pediatric Hematology- Oncology and BMT under EBMT program((EBMT Middle income countries Pediatric Advanced Care Training)

• EBMT Accreditation of transplant physician (from2022-till2027).

• CPSP workshops for supervisor ship of FCPS Hematology (Registration is in process)

• 3 months online Physicians course on Pediatric Oncology –Indus Hospital(Dec 2020 to March 2021)

• Certification of Family medicine program by DOW University of Health Sciences (April2019-Oct 2019)
