GAK HealthCare International, Dr. Akbar Niazi Teaching Hospital, and Islamabad Medical & Dental College organized a seminar titled “Journey Through Creation of Pakistan (1857-1947)” to take participants on a journey through the important events that led to the creation of Pakistan, covering the period from the First War of Independence in 1857 to the establishment of Pakistan in 1947.
The Vice-Chancellor General (R) Prof Dr Muhammad Aslam gave a thought-provoking presentation, highlighting key moments and influential leaders who played major roles in shaping the idea of a separate nation for Muslims in India.
The seminar was well-attended, with, Chairman Dr Ghulam Akbar Khan Niazi, Director ANTH Dr Areej Neyazi, Registrar Col (R) Dr Ghulam Mujtaba Abbasi along with other management personnel, students, and faculty members engaging in meaningful discussions that deepened their understanding of the challenges and aspirations of the Muslim community during that time.
The event emphasized the importance of unity and perseverance in building Pakistan, and it inspired the audience, including students and faculty, to continue to uphold the values that the country was founded on. The active participation of the higher management and the insightful presentation by the Vice Chancellor made the seminar a memorable and educational experience for all attendees.
